Vivian is usually the first person   you will speak with when you contact our office.  She is skilled with scheduling consults and surgery, and is knowledgeable about the surgical procedures that Dr. Skourtis performs.  She is the newest member of Dr. Skourtis' team, and comes with years of experience in medical office management, and with exceptional organizational and patient care skills.  She is able to answer many of your questions about surgical procedures and pricing.  Vivian is pleasant and caring, and goes out of her way to accommodate patients and to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. 

Karen is responsible for finance and billing, and works closely with your insurance company to assure smooth coverage of surgical procedures covered by your medical insurance.  She has many years of experience working in the medical field, and is a skilled finance manager with your best interest in mind.
